5. Coconut Oil Mask
Another effective hair mask, coconut oil is full of moisturizing and nutritional power. Scoop about two tablespoons of the oil out of the jar and melt it down on the stove or microwave. Carefully run this liquid through your hair and onto your scalp. You might consider massaging your scalp for about 10 to 15 minutes to really let the oil soak in. Leave in your hair for as long as desired (some do so overnight) and then thoroughly rinse it out.
6. Green Tea Rinse
Natural green tea is full of antioxidants, giving your body an immunity boost. This magic liquid can also strengthen your hair. Brew a cup a green tea and let it cool down completely. Step into the shower or lean over the sink, then carefully rinse your hair with the tea. Wait about an hour and rinse.
7. Biotin
Biotin, or vitamin B-7, is key to keeping your hair, skin, and nails healthy. Be sure to take a multivitamin that includes this powerful nutrient. This is a super easy way to add a little extra hair care into your daily routine.
