Sima Hilde Honored with Lifetime Achievement Award

At the annual Hair Visions International Hair Conference this past month, Sima Hilde, founder of New Look Institute, was honored with the esteemed Lifetime Achievement Award. This award recognizes Sima's decades of service and innovation in the hair restoration industry and her passion for helping others.

Sima got her start in the industry working for a successful hair replacement company with branches across California. Before that she had a thriving career in the medical field of radiology. Helping those experiencing hair loss seemed like a natural extension to further her desire to help people.

Always looking to take on more, Sima decided to open her own business, so she founded New Look Institute. New Look Institute has been growing for the past 20 years in large part due to the insights she gained from her associates at Hair Visions, and the Transitions International Group, where she learned that she needed to constantly evolve to stay in business.

When New Look Institute opened its doors, Sima didn’t delay, and she quickly chose to break new ground in the women’s hair replacement market. She was among the first to offer options in a variety of lines for women, while adopting new technologies to reinvent the company and address a (rightfully) demanding clientele.

Sima has always been working to add new business initiatives. The latest example of this is her successful initiative to start the Head First hair and scalp health program.

Today, she runs a business with a full team of hair specialists; many celebrating over 10 years with the company, and together serving a client base in Silicon Valley, Northern California.
